Thanks to Black Ops 6, the new Prestige system in Warzone lets you carry your Black Ops 6 progress to Warzone, offering a synchronized experience across both games. The integration removes the seasonal level cap, so you can now reach the highest Prestige levels without waiting for a new season. When you prestige, you unlock special rewards, challenges, and additional cosmetic items.
In this article, we will walk you through how the prestige system is in Warzone now.
Prestige system in Warzone: How does it work?
Once you’ve reached Level 55, you can enter Prestige mode, which perfectly aligns between Warzone and Black Ops 6.
Here’s how the progression in the Prestige system unfolds:
- You have to start from level 1 and grind your way up to level 55, unlocking various items like weapons, equipment, and perks.
- After reaching Level 55, you can choose to Prestige. This resets your rank to Prestige 1, Level 1, and you’ll need to unlock items from scratch as you progress again. However, Prestige-specific rewards and challenges make the reset worthwhile. After reaching Level 55, you can choose to Prestige.
- This process of leveling and resetting continues until you reach Prestige 10.
- Once you’ve reached Prestige level 10, you’ll enter Prestige Mastery, allowing progression up to Level 1000.
Since Warzone and Black Ops 6 now share progression, leveling up in one game will automatically apply to the other, meaning you can Prestige in either title and see your rank update in both. After reaching Level 55 in Black Ops 6, you will face a choice to either remain at that level or enter Prestige.
Choosing to Prestige resets your progress back to Level 1, but grants you a Prestige badge, signifying your progress. Each time you Prestige, you earn a unique badge that highlights your progress and dedication.
Each Prestige level unlocks additional emblems, calling cards, and exclusive items that are displayed in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone. However, there’s one downside to the Prestige system in Black Ops 6, as it may impact some loadouts in Warzone. For example, if you lose access to a weapon unlocked at Level 55, it won’t be available again until you reach that level after resetting.
