The Cleaver in Black Ops 6 and Warzone is the final reward for completing the Squid Game 2 Event Pass. But fret not, as it's completely free to unlock the weapon. The Event Pass has two tracks — Free and Premium. The Cleaver is part of the Free Track, so players don't have to spend a single dime to acquire it. All they need to do to get the new Melee Weapon is play the games and earn XP. That's it.
The Cleaver has the potential to take down opponents with just one slash and boasts medium attack speed, making it ideal for point-blank ranges. There are 30 levels for players to grind through and level up the weapon, unlocking several unique skins along the way. On top of that, players can also earn Mastery Badges for eliminating enemies with it.

To get the Cleaver in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, you must earn a total of 356,000 XP in the Squid Game 2 Event Pass. Since it is an XP-based event, you will earn different rewards at different XP milestones. Hence, before you unlock the Cleaver, you must first unlock all nine rewards in the Free Track of the Event Pass, which is done by earning XP.

After unlocking the nine rewards, you will become eligible to unlock the Cleaver. As stated earlier, this can be done by earning 356,000 XP in the event. Fortunately, as it is an XP-based event, all you need to do is play the games and earn XP. You can do so in any mode of your choice.
To quickly earn a lot of XP in the shooters, it is recommended to not just go for kills but also play the objectives. If you are playing Black Ops 6 Multiplayer, it's advised to equip the Strategist Specialty to earn additional XP for playing the objective in a match.
As for Warzone, your best bet to earn a ton of XP quickly is by playing Plunder or Resurgence on any map of your choice. If you want to further boost your XP earn rate, you can always rely on Double XP Tokens that you might not have used in Black Ops 6 and Warzone yet.
Regardless, since it's an XP-based event, you don't need to complete any specific objectives or collect items in your games, which was a problem in Archie's Festival Frenzy event.
