To get the Death Swine SOA Subveter Blueprint in MW3 and Warzone, you must reach Prestige 17 (Level 850) in Season 4. Since this is a Prestige reward, you cannot unlock it once the season concludes, and it must be earned before Season 5 of the games kicks off.

This is only one among several prestige rewards in MW3 and Warzone Season 4 but it's the one most players are eyeing. As stated earlier, the Blueprint is curated to minimize recoil on the gun. To achieve this, Death Swine SOA Subverter Blueprint in MW3 and Warzone comes with the following attachments:

Optic: MK. 3 Reflector
Muzzle: LR Blackfire Compensator L
Underbarrel: SL Skeletal Vertical Grip
Magazine: 7.62x51 30 Round Mag
