However, this popular wrestler will not be a free offering; you need to spend a reasonable amount to acquire this Operator since it will be a part of the Tracer Pack: WWE — Rey Mysterio Operator bundle.

How to get the Rey Mysterio Operator in Warzone and MW3

To unlock Rey Mysterio in Warzone and MW3, you will need to purchase the Tracer Pack: WWE — Rey Mysterio Operator bundle upon its release. The price has not been disclosed yet, but it is expected to be around 2400 CP (Call of Duty Points), roughly equivalent to $19.99.

The bundle has not yet been released with the latest update; instead, the Sock Puppets Tracer Pack has been made available. However, the Rey Mysterio bundle could drop any day now, possibly even tomorrow, though this is not certain.
