First, head over to a match of MW3 Zombies with your preferred loadout. It is recommended to use an LMG, Assault Rifle, or Battle Rifle for this task.
Load up on ammo and all the other essentials such as armor plates.
Go on a killing spree taking out zombies. When killed, these zombies will randomly drop a "Chunk of Flesh", which can be looted. Pick and stash them.
Once you have collected the "Chunk of Flesh", head to a Dog House. You can refer to the image above for the coordinates of these Dog Houses. You can spot them as small burning huts with "Feed me" written in blood at the entry point.
Proceed to interact with the Dog House and you can drop your "Chunk of Flesh" in the Dog House.
Wait for a while until a friendly Hellhound spawns.
