Theater Mode is a useful feature in Black Ops 6 that lets you capture your matches and key moments. After a match, you can review it from any perspective—first-person, third-person, or fly-cam. You can also control playback speed and jump directly to action-packed moments, such as when you gather kills or when you die.

This feature is exclusive to Black Ops 6 multiplayer and not available for Zombies or Campaign modes. Additionally, it is not supported on previous-generation consoles like PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. If you’re playing on PC (via Steam, Battle.net, or the Xbox app), PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S, this feature will be available and enabled by default.

This article will walk you through the steps to access and use Theater Mode in Black Ops 6.

Where to find Theater Mode in Black Ops 6

Theatre mode is available in the Launcher Menu, but not when you directly launch the game.

You can switch between first-person, third-person, or fly-cam perspectives for any player in the match. You can also skip directly to key moments, such as eliminations or deaths, and control playback speed with options to fast-forward, rewind, or adjust speed as needed.

For PlayStation and Xbox users, an option to record gameplay will be available. However, PC users will need external software for recording. On-screen prompts will display the buttons dedicated to skipping, fast-forwarding, and other playback options.

Additionally, there’s a button that hides the HUD, allowing you to view only your gameplay without any HUD options.
