Call of Duty pro Shotzzy tried playing Black Ops 6 with a mouse and keyboard for the first time, but things definitely did not go as planned. Shotzzy is often considered to be among the best Call of Duty players in history. He even won the Best Esports Controller Player of the Year award at the 2024 Esports Awards. However, while he is a force to be reckoned with when using a controller, things didn't fare well for the player when he played Black Ops 6 with a mouse and keyboard.
This was his first attempt at playing with a mouse and keyboard. Throughout the match, he struggled to get kills and was seemingly frustrated. Talking to the chat on his livestream, he said the following after a few rounds:
"I feel like I've only got 1 kill. I'm not even trolling"
Interestingly, the struggle was so bad that Shotzzy believed he had only gotten one kill in the entire game. Despite that, he maintained a calm demeanor and handled the situation with humility.

Shotzzy's first time playing Black Ops 6 with a mouse and keyboard, didn't quite go as he had planned. Before starting the match, he was quite confident and even stated the following:
"This is going to be legit proof of why game knowledge over everything".
But what followed was nothing short of a comedy. The player constantly struggled to get a single elimination, and grew frustrated just a few minutes into the match, slamming his mouse on his desk.

Things took an even more hilarious turn when he claimed his opponent was "walling". He didn't mean it of course, as it was simply out of frustration. In fact, Shotzzy was so upset with his performance that he called it "concerning." Regardless, it was fun and fresh seeing a professional esports athlete taking things with humility and joining the chat in roasting his mouse and keyboard skills.
We've already discussed how good Shotzzy is in the shooter. He has had several accolades to his name, with the most recent being CDL Championship 2024 MVP. Moreover, he isn't just a Call of Duty pro. Back in 2018, he also grabbed the title of the Halo World Champion, showing his diverse skill set with a controller in different games.
Needless to say, he is one of the best if not the best Call of Duty esports player at the moment.
