LeBron James might be coming to COD Black Ops 6. Black Ops 6, which is yet to be released, might feature an Operator skin for the athlete in the Multiplayer mode. Naturally, these leaks came out of nowhere and took fans completely by surprise.
King James or LeBron James, needs no introduction. A global superstar, LeBron is a professional American basketball athlete who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. The NBA star athlete has often been deemed the G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time) of professional basketball and the new developments suggest that the star might just be coming to the upcoming Call of Duty title.
Read on to find out the latest details about the NBA athlete joining Black Ops 6.
Will LeBron James be in COD Black Ops 6?
Although there has been no official confirmation as of yet, LeBron James will likely be in COD Black Ops 6 as an Operator in Multiplayer.
These developments have been fairly recent and can be traced back to a post on X. LeBron Raymone James Sr. recently took to the social media site to post the following,
"Bronny (James) just said he wants his own “Skin”. @Activision @CallofDuty talk to me."
For those who are unaware, Bronny James is the son of LeBron James and the two currently play for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA as the first father-son duo in the league. Responding to this on X, @Call of Duty had to say the following,
"We know Bronny is a shooter, let’s talk. First father son duo in NBA history. Could be a #CallOfDuty first too."
This is a direct hint that both parties are interested in collaboration and COD Black Ops 6 might just see the addition of both LeBron James and Bronny James in the game's Multiplayer as playable Operators. This might also be BO6's first store bundle.
Since CoD has previously collaborated with several athletes and has added them to the games as Operators through store bundles, the same might also be possible for the two NBA athletes.
However, it is quite early to say for certain and fans must await official details from both Activision and the father-son duo.
