Black Ops 6 Ranked Play has been subject to a lot of criticism ever since it was released. The primary reason for the uproar in the game's community is the surge in the number of cheaters. There have been several posts online showcasing the cheaters in action. The situation is so bad that even professional COD players and popular content creators have taken to numerous social media platforms to share their thoughts.
In less than 24 hours since Black Ops 6 Ranked Play went live, a player named "F7l saad" had reached the Top 250 leaderboard in the shooter, which baffled the entire community. The recent surge in cheaters and players reaching the Black Ops 6 Ranked Play Top 250 leaderboard this fast turned a few eyes.
"Nearly impossible going no losses."
X user @stomprr quickly pointed out that what has been achieved by the player in question is next to impossible, considering the fact that they had no losses. For those unaware, to reach the Top 250 leaderboard, you need more than 10,000 SR (Skill Rating), and achieving that in less than 24 hours since the mode went live and that too without any losses, is simply too good to be true.
Similar criticisms were shared by others in the community. @thepumausman wrote
"Played against him. Guaranteed cheater. Him and his squad. Hitting random wall bangs across the map. Full team using walls. Get him banned."
According to them, the player who reached the Top 250, is a cheater. They claimed that they had played against F7l saad and his team. They mentioned his entire team was using wallhacks. The entire squad was shooting them through random walls across the map, which shouldn't be possible even with Recon Combat Specialty.
But they weren't the only ones, another user claimed that they also were subject to the cheats by F7l saad. Professional Call of Duty player @AstrosInMyAfro, had this to say about the player:
"He was spin botting me".
Afro claimed that the player was using a type of cheat called the "spin bot" in his match. It essentially gives the user an aimbot and lets them rotate quickly, taking down anyone and anything in their sight. In some cases, it can be used to shoot enemies even through walls.
@uh6rian had a funny take on the situation.
"Either he got extremely lucky and didn’t face any hackers the entire time playing, or he is one".
By adding a tone of humor, the user claimed that F7l saad got extremely lucky in their matches where they didn't face any cheaters and could accumulate over 10000 SR in less than a day with zero losses or they were the ones cheating in their Black Ops 6 Ranked Play games.
Similar thoughts were shared by countless others on X; @ssoleyyours had this to say:
"Playing by yourself and gettting top 250 the day it drops with all the hackers and sweats he's cheating idc".
They were pretty straightforward with their statement and had no room left for any doubts in their mind. They claimed that no player could achieve over 10000 SR in a single day (Top 250) with so many cheaters in the game and if any player can do so, they are cheating.
This train of thought continued with many claiming F7l saad a hacker as their feat in Black Ops 6 Ranked Play was almost impossible.
Most people agree that what was achieved by the player in question is simply not possible. Comments mostly stated that they were cheating and someone reaching the Top 250 is extremely suspicious. This theme followed in most of the comments on this thread.
While the same thoughts of claiming them a cheater remained throughout, a user pointed out something that has affected many in the past, including professional players like BobbyPoff, and that is getting banned while being a legitimate player.
@MFDOOM50892122 on X wrote,
"It's actually kind of crazy how hackers can get to the top 250 and even stay there for months but if i go positive in a game i get instantly shadowbanned and have to wait a full week to play again...It's honestly just laughable at this point lmao"
They mentioned a cheater can easily reach the Top 250 in Black Ops 6 Ranked Play and stay there months on end without any issues. However, if they play one match properly, they tend to get shadowbanned, which we assume is exaggerated but certainly a major issue and has even bothered many legitimate players back in the day.

COD fans react to player reaching Top 250 in Black Ops 6 Ranked Play in less than a day
@SpawnUpgg on X shared a post showing a player in Black Ops 6 Ranked Play who had reached the Top 250 (10000+ SR) in less than a day of the game mode's release. This was certainly surprising; hence, they asked what their community thought about the situation.
Most comments pointed out that reaching the Top 250 in less than a day with so many cheaters in the game is next to impossible if they weren't the ones cheating in the first place. This sentiment was shared throughout the post and everyone claimed that the player in question isn't legitimate.
