Long after Microsoft's acquisition, Call of Duty publisher Activision will start bringing its games to Xbox Game Pass, according to a trusted insider. However, the biggest update is that the first batch of Activision titles to debut on the gaming subscription service reportedly won't be CoD but another fan-favorite IP.

This article will mention all the key details on the first batch of leaked games from Activision for Xbox Game Pass.

Note: Players are advised to take early leaks and rumors with a grain of salt unless there's an official confirmation from the publisher or developers.

Call of Duty publisher might bring Crash Bandicoot games to Xbox Game Pass next month, suggests leak

Trusted scooper and industry insider @eXtas1stv, who's had a good track record of sharing convincing leaks, recently dropped a post on X. The account mentioned a link to their YouTube video in which they claimed Activision will finally begin to release its titles on Xbox Game Pass.

Per the leak, the Crash Bandicoot franchise will kickstart the trend of Activision games on the subscription service. Specifically, Activision's Crash Bandicoot N' Sane Trilogy is rumored to debut on Xbox Game Pass somewhere in August 2024. The trilogy is a collection of remastered titles based on 2017's original Crash Bandicoot games.

As for CoD's arrival to Game Pass, the publisher has already confirmed this year's FPS premium Black Ops 6 will launch on the service, day one, on October 25. But when it comes to the arrival of old CoD titles, an official update is yet to come.

Seems like other iconic IPs from Activision will follow after Crash Bandicoot's debut on the service.
