This might come as a shock, but Call of Duty is adding a subscription-based audio enhancement service in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. While the game is yet to go live, players have found a brand new setting that will allow them to have immersive spatial audio in Black Ops 6 and Warzone.
However, these settings are hidden behind a paywall. A free trial is available right now, but it has been revealed that players must pay later to have this enhancement in audio in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone.

Call of Duty's Enhanced Headphone Mode has a subscription-based service in Black Ops 6 and Warzone
Previously, Activision announced that they are introducing a brand new option called the Enhanced Headphone Mode in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. This latest introduction uses Embody's Immersive Spatial Audio Technology and increases directional accuracy in the game.

Activision has already promoted Black Ops 6 as the Call of Duty game with the best sound technology. However, spatial audio has always been a problem in Warzone and the Multiplayer.
While the standard Enhanced Headphone Mode option is free in Warzone and Black Ops 6, you can maximize the experience by creating your personalized profile. However, there is a catch—it presently says that you can have the free trial of the personalized profile in the Enhanced Headphone Mode configuration, which suggests that there could be a paid version later.
The game hasn't been released yet, and Activision has yet to provide any confirmation regarding this. Needless to say, the COD community is not taking this change very well. We will update you when more information regarding the subscription service is revealed.
Update: According to the latest listing on Embody's website, players can get a personalized profile if they are willing to shell out a one-time premium of $19.95.
