Call of Duty just announced a collaboration of Black Ops 6 and Warzone with Squid Game. In their recent post on X titled "An invite you can't ignore", fans were teased with a 28-second clip of the upcoming collaboration. However, detailed information is quite scarce at the moment and fans were only given a glimpse into what's to come.

Call of Duty x Squid Game coming to Black Ops 6 and Warzone
The Call of Duty x Squid Game crossover is coming to Black Ops 6 and Warzone in January 2025. In the short clip teasing the upcoming collaboration, an Operator can be seen standing all alone. He grabs a piece of paper that has the symbols circle, triangle, and square, etched onto it with ink, hinting at Netflix's hit Squid Game.

Throughout this scene, the Squid Game theme music plays in the background, and by the end, the symbols glow and transform into the Call of Duty logo. This is a direct confirmation of the collaboration and the first official announcement from Call of Duty.
There were numerous leaks before the game's release that suggested a possible collaboration event could be in the works. However, details were scarce and people had no confirmed information. But, after today's announcement teaser trailer, fans can be certain that a collaboration is in place and will begin in early 2025.
