Shortly after its launch, the official X page, @CODUpdates, announced that the "Find a Party" has been disabled until further notice.
This feature basically allowed players to team up with other parties in the game in case they did not have a team of their own.

The reason for the "Find a Party" feature being disabled has not been provided by Activision just yet. And it will remain disabled for both Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 players until further notice.
Players could enjoy teaming up with other parties by setting up their preferences through this feature. However, until it goes back online, many will have to stick to finding parties through other methods.
