Advanced Warfare's early build, called Call of Duty Phantom has been leaked online. @ForwardLeaksAlt recently shared the build for their community via their X handle, giving the public access to the game. The early build appears to be solely made for the Xbox 360 and according to the leaker, it can be emulated to get it running on a PC.

Early build for CoD Advanced Warfare called 'Call of Duty Phantom' goes public
As stated earlier, @ForwardLeaksAlt on X recently shared an "extremely early" build for Advanced Warfare, called Call of Duty Phantom. This build never made it to a public release officially, as it was just a prototype, still in development at the time.

CoD Phantom features only a single mission from the Campaign which is around 17 minutes in length, which as per sources, is an early version of the AW mission "Fission".
As per sources, the build is for the Xbox 360 only and is dated May 3, 2013, which is almost a year and a half older than the official AW release. This build is claimed to feature many leftover files and game assets from the original Modern Warfare 2 (2009) and Modern Warfare 3 (2011), which apparently were kept in the game as a placeholder before it received the official release treatment.
Since the build is just a prototype for Advanced Warfare, it looks like a barebones version of AW with a host of graphical glitches, poor textures, and a lot of missing graphical effects. Fortunately, these were later added to the game, and the mission "Fission" in the final release of the game got the polish it deserved.
