Who is Simp in Call of Duty League?
Chris Lehr, also known as "Simp" in-game, is a professional Call of Duty esports player rallying under Atlanta FaZe. Previously competing as "Simplicity" in the same league, Simp has made a name in the Call of Duty League thanks to his exceptional skills.
In 2024, Simp was named the season MVP of the Call of Duty League, with an impressive record of 1.14 KD, 86.8 Slayer Rating and 1.14 Respawn KD. He also ranked first among SMG users.
The player also holds the following 2024 season records:
- SND KD: 8

Simp started his CDL journey in October 2019 when he signed as a professional CoD player with Atlanta FaZe. He renewed his contract with the organization in June 2023 and has stayed there since.
As a rookie, he quickly got the attention of fans, thanks to his outstanding Search and Destroy skills. To this day, he is known as one of the best (if not the best) SND players in the league, boasting an 8 SND KD for the season. He also won the CDL Championship title in his first-ever appearance.
This year, Simp and his team headed to the CDL Championship as the first placers in the CDL team standings. The team never placed below third all year and even won Major 2 in March 2024. He is one of the two players in CoD history to appear in four consecutive CDL Champs finals.
Simp is one of the best players to play in Call of Duty esports, showcasing top-tier talent five years into his career. He is an instrumental player for Atlanta FaZe as they try to win the Call of Duty League championship once more.
