The new Finishing Move, included with the Squid Game Premium Event Pass in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, is broken at the moment. Called 'Roped In,' the finisher is currently bugged for several players in both titles. When an enemy is executed in a match using this move, the animation plays out as intended. However, instead of getting eliminated, they remain unharmed and can quickly get back up on their feet.

Read below to learn more about the bug preventing players from using the Roped In Finishing Move in both shooter titles.

Squid Game's Premium Finishing Move doesn't eliminate enemies in Black Ops 6 and Warzone

As we've already discussed, the premium Finishing Move included with the Squid Game Event Pass is broken in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Although the animation of the move plays out correctly, it doesn't eliminate the opponent as it should. Unfortunately, Call of Duty developers have yet to acknowledge this issue.

As seen from @ElvisCOD's clip above, they executed an enemy with the Roped In Finishing Move equipped. The animation of the finisher played out as it should but it didn't kill the enemy. The player then knocked them out with their gun and attempted the finisher again. This time too, it didn't work and they had to finally finish the enemy off with their weapon.

For those unaware, the Roped In Finishing Move is a reward in the Premium Pass of the Squid Game event. To unlock it, fans must first pay 1100 CP ($10) to access the Premium Event Pass and then earn 14,000 XP to unlock the move. However, it doesn't work as intended.

Despite being a premium unlock that costs players money, its failure to work correctly has upset several people, especially those who paid for the Premium Pass.
