Verdansk's Superstore will return in Warzone Season 5

Call of Duty has officially announced that the Superstore from Verdansk will return to Warzone's current battle royale map, Urzikstan, in Season 5. If you are a veteran Warzone fan, you'd know that the Superstore was the most popular place on the Verdansk map in Warzone. While fans have been clamoring for the OG map to return in the CoD battle royale for a while, it seems like we'd get a small taste of Verdansk before its rumored return next year.

What to expect from Verdansk's Superstore in Warzone Season 5

Call of Duty posted an official promotional clip of the Superstore from Verdansk on their X channel. The upcoming POI will be called the Atlas Superstore, and we can expect the same chaotic gameplay in Urzikstan as in Verdansk in Warzone. One of the biggest reasons that the Superstore was the most popular landing place back in the day was because of its high-tier loot crates. There was also more loot compared to other POIs in Warzone's Verdansk.

Going by the promotional video, the upcoming POI in Urzikstan is expected to have high loot compared to other places, and early operators will get the loot. There is no doubt that the Atlas Superstore has the potential to become the hottest spot in Warzone Season 5. Fans have also noticed the STG-44 from Vanguard in the promotional video. It seems like Call of Duty is going for a nostalgia overdose in the upcoming season.
