Warzone Mobile will now require higher system requirements than before. Starting from November 14, 2024, which is the Season 1 update for Warzone: Mobile, the game will need a minimum specification of iOS 17 or Android 13 with a GPU capability of bindless texturing. Those who don't have the mentioned system won't be able to get any updates or play the latest version.
While this seems like an inconvenience for many players, Activision has mentioned that this is done to provide the best possible mobile gaming experience on mobile platforms. Read on to learn more about the latest system requirements and some exceptions regarding Warzone: Mobile.
Warzone Mobile's updated minimum system requirements
After the Season 1 update, this will be Warzone's latest minimum system requirements:

Warzone Mobile players with incompatible devices will be able to play the game but not the latest version
Players with incompatible devices will be able to play the game for some time. However, they won't be able to experience the latest version with brand new Omnimovement and other features. Devices that do not meet the minimum requirements can continue playing the 3.10 version for almost six months before Activision stops supporting it. Although they won't be able to experience anything new.
November 14, 2024, onward all future updates will require the minimum specification. Keep in mind that you need to download the older version before November 14 to keep playing.
Activision is also offering special rewards in Call of Duty: Mobile for players whose devices are no longer compatible to play Warzone Mobile.
