Warzone Ranked is already filled with hackers, within 24 hours of its release. The way Call of Duty is right now, this might not be a surprise but rather expected. On their X profiles, several pro players and content creators have notified that they have faced several hackers in the game, with Ranked Play being in a terrible state right now.
While the Season 1 Reloaded update has fixed certain issues in the game, the cheaters in Call of Duty remained consistent, and the community is clearly not happy about it.
Hacker problem in Warzone remains persistent even in Ranked Play
Several content creators on X showed disappointment as they encountered cheaters in the Warzone Ranked Play. Warzone pro @bbreadmanW stated:
"Honestly, i’m incredibly disappointed in Warzone Ranked. Literally for no other reason than the hacker situation, in my 14 hours we ran into around 30 cheaters. 30. The killcams are just straight blatant through the walls aimbot, spinbotting, flicking on heads through walls, genuinely not an enjoyable experience right now."
Even Call of Duty news account Modern Warzone revealed that the Ranked Play is already filled with hackers and the game has been rendered unplayable. Before the release of the Ranked Play, Warzone was already in a bad state, and now, some pros are talking about the death of Warzone.
However, the Season 1 Reloaded update has brought some quality-of-life upgrades, and it seems like the hit registration issue is also not there anymore. While the game deserved praise for the latest update, it is pretty evident that Warzone was not ready to launch Ranked Play yet. What do you think? Let us know in the comment section.
