Though it's only been a few days since Nuketown went live in Black Ops 6, players have been facing an odd issue on the map. While some think there are cheaters in the game, many disagree. According to them, it is a legitimate issue in the fan-favorite map. A user named DreadedPopsicle recently posted a clip on Reddit, stating:

"Cheats with wallbanging through a 6-foot thick bus is crazy."

In the clip, a player is seen getting killed by someone who could see them through the bus in the middle of the map. While this initially seemed like cheating, some users in the comment section debunked the theory and explained why this is happening.

Black Ops 6's Nuketown is reportedly facing a rendering issue that seems like cheating at first glance

According to several users in the comment section, the bus in Black Ops 6: Nuketown has some kind of rendering issue in the game. As a result, players could see through the vehicle and began shooting, making it seem like they were cheating.

One user stated:

"I've had none of the vehicles spawn during some matches, and had the bus and truck disappear in the middle of a hard point matches twice. It's a game problem I hope they fix soon."

Another user added that this is due to the texture streaming service in the game not working properly. Since the release of Black Ops 6, players have encountered several bugs in the game. Thus, it is unsurprising that some might face a rendering issue.

Previously, several players faced rendering issues in Warzone's Rebirth Island, Verdansk. As a result, they could see through walls and obstacles. However, there was a downside to that. They would also get stuck between something that they couldn't see.

That said, the same wouldn't happen in multiplayer, as it has limited space and navigation is easier on a smaller map. Hence, it isn't surprising if an opposition player suspects a cheater to be present in the lobby while in reality, it's just a rendering issue.

Since several players have reported the same incident, this is likely not an isolated issue. For now, the community can only hope the devs look into the matter and fix it as soon as possible.
