According to a report by @Vondyispog on X, Black Ops 6 will have crossovers with Halo, Doom, and Gears of War. At first, the leaker hinted at Halo and Doom being the franchises getting crossovers with the latest Call of Duty title. However, they also mentioned in the original report that another major IP would be collaborating with the shooter.

Soon, they followed up with another post suggesting that the third major IP that Black Ops 6 will be collaborating with is Gears of War.

Halo, Doom, and Gears of War crossovers rumored to arrive in Black Ops 6

As discussed earlier, @Vondyispog reported that Halo, Doom, and Gears of War will be collaborating with Black Ops 6. Although we don't have exact dates or a time window for these rumored crossovers, based on the report, it seems like they are being planned sometime during the game's life cycle.

Players can expect special Operator Skins from all three listed series as in-game store purchases such as Master Chief Operator Skin, Doom Slayer Operator skin, and more.

That said, do note that Call of Duty has yet to disclose any intel on these supposed crossovers. However, based on previous trends, it won't be out of the blue if these major franchises collaborate with Black Ops 6.

Previously in MW3, we saw a Doom crossover, which introduced the classic skin for the Lockwood 300 Shotgun that turned it into the DOOM Super Shotgun.

It had a custom animation with a locked framerate, giving it the looks of the gun from the original game.

Microsoft owns the IP to all three franchises that are listed for the reported crossovers i.e., Halo, Doom, and Gears of War. Moreover, with the recent acquisition of Activision, Call of Duty IP too now belongs under the same umbrella of Xbox (Microsoft).

Hence, although these are rumors, it won't be surprising if these reports hold up down the line. That said, at the end of the day, they are still rumors. Therefore, it's highly advised to take these reports with a grain of salt.
