MW3 Zombies may soon witness the arrival of a popular and iconic antagonist associated with the Black Ops franchise. This character has been a crucial part of the Zombies storylines in Treyarch's BO titles. He was last seen in 2020's Black Ops Cold War as part of the Dark Aether saga. The character rumored to be making a return is none other than Eddie Richtofen.
A new document recently found in MW3 Zombies reportedly suggests that this individual might be introduced in the open-world mode soon.

A reliable Call of Duty expert and insider known for sharing convincing updates regarding the franchise, @CodLoreFacts, has shared a post on X. It mentions that a new intel document has been found in MW3 Zombies at the Orlov Military Base on the map of Urzikstan.

This document basically reveals a message sent to Station Chief Laswell, which reads:
"This is a TS/SCI message for Station Chief - Laswell. You know who I am I. I trust my identity and status have been appropriately communicated to you. The news is not good. It is bad. Bad in exactly the way we wanted to avoid. The clock has run out. We must mobilize immediately. Codeword 'Tangerine'. Further details and precise co-ordinates of affected area to follow."
Interestingly, the document is reportedly related to the famous Black Ops villain, Edward Richtofen (commonly known as Eddie Richtofen). This speculation was made by another popular CoD expert and YouTuber, @TheGamingRevolution.
According to this individual, Eddie Richtofen might be revealed as the mastermind behind the ongoing storyline of Modern Warfare 3 Zombies when the final mission is released in the near future.
June 26, 2024, will see the launch of Season 4 Reloaded. The update will unleash an Unstable Rift with difficult challenges under MW3 Zombies.
It's not yet confirmed whether the mode will provide any details on Richtofen's return or not in Season 4 Reloaded. Seems like one needs to wait for an official announcement from the developers regarding his addition to MW3 Zombies.
