Call of Duty Warzone might not receive a dedicated ranked mode for battle royale players on Urzikstan. Previously, there were several rumors that the CoD battle royale would have its own ranked mode for battle royale players similar to last year. However, more reports have surfaced and recent updates indicate that Call of Duty might not add the ranked mode for battle royale players at all.
Trusted Call of Duty news account ModernWarzone posted a report on X, suggesting that the previous report of having a ranked mode for battle royale "may have changed." The post also states:

Will there ever be a ranked mode for battle royale in Warzone?
With the potential return of Verdansk in CoD 2024, it can be expected that a dedicated ranked mode might come to Warzone. However, there is no information regarding that as of this writing.
After Activision announced the World Series of Warzone for 2024, gamers assumed that a ranked mode might come for the battle royale mode. Call of Duty has already revealed that the upcoming Warzone tournament will be played on the Urzikstan map, and there will be competitive changes inspired by the Warzone Ranked Resurgence.
With the return of Rebirth Island, Call of Duty has introduced a ranked mode for resurgence players. It seems like the FPS behemoth wants to cater to the resurgence players for a while before introducing a ranked mode for the battle royale players.
While this decision is not yet official, there could be several reasons behind not adding a ranked mode for battle royale players. Constant poor performance issues can be one of them, which might have become a more resilient problem on the big map.
That said, with Warzone integrating with Black Ops 6, and Verdansk potentially returning, we can expect a dedicated ranked mode on the fan-favorite map very soon.
