Warzone Season 5 has brought numerous changes to the weapon meta. Interestingly, the VEL 46 was drastically buffed in Season 5, making it an "insane" weapon for medium to close-range fights. Although it has always been a great weapon, many players overlooked it because they prefer MW3 weapons over MW2 ones.

A recent video by popular Call of Duty content creator @WhosImmortal demonstrates the weapon's effectiveness. He played the title with the firearm to conclude how insane its damage output and recoil stability were. The content creator further demonstrated its sprint-to-fire accuracy, which can compete with other SMGs.

Additionally, the gameplay clearly showed the weapon's ability to take down enemies at distances of 40 to 60 meters with just a few shots. Finally, WhosImmortal mentioned some attachments that can enhance the weapon's performance of the weapon.

For the meta loadout of VEL 46 in Warzone Season 5, equip the following attachments to get the maximum output:

Barrel: Schlager L203 Barrel
Muzzle: Quartermaster Suppressor
Underbarrel: Paracord Grip
Laser: Kimura RYL 33 Laser Light
Magazine: 50 Round Mag

Here is how the mentioned attachments affect the VEL 46 weapon in Warzone Season 5:

The Schlager L203 Barrel increases the effective damage range, minimum damage range, and Bullet velocity. Further, this barrel reduces the Tactical stance Spread and Hip Spread Max by 7% and 5%, respectively. Overall, it improves the damage output and reduces the character's movement speed.

The Quartermaster Suppressor hides you from the radar while shooting. It also reduces recoil, allowing you to take medium to close-range fights with a manageable recoil.

The Paracord Grip is one of the best underbarrel attachments in the game right now. It improves the sprint-to-fire rate, and its horizontal control gives you an advantage in crucial fights. Moreover, it steadies the aim while you're walking or even running and shooting.

The Kimura RYL 33 Laser Light significantly improves the weapon's accuracy by increasing the tactical stance Spread, which is necessary in crucial situations. Moreover, it improves the firearms' handling by boosting the sprint-to-fire rate and ADS speed.
