Call of Duty players are not happy with the existing menu in MW3, which is laggy, and want Black Ops 6 to improve on it. They are requesting a fast and responsive menu for the next game compared to what's available right now. Following a full Black Ops 6 reveal during the Xbox Showcase event, several players recently took to social media platform Reddit to voice their concerns on this situation.

A Redditor named u/jason1629 mentioned in their post they are not a fan of MW2 and MW3's menu design. Per them, it's simply annoying and slow in terms of being repsonsive.

"I played a lot of mwII and mwIII and holy s**t the menus (especially in mwIII) are so laggy and muddy and the hulu menu is horrible."

According to the user, the current layout is more akin to streaming services like Hulu from Disney with the inclusion of unnecessary tabs. They have urged the developers to bring a simple-looking menu for BO6 that can be navigated through quickly without major delays.

Other fans on Reddit seem to agree with the original poster as they also think the menu is buggy when trying to move quickly.

Meanwhile, another individual wrote that the publisher should simply hire a new team of HUD designers for creating BO6 menus.

"Activision needs to replace a lot of those HUD designers. The Hulu influence is way to strong. In both design and how not smooth it is."

A trusted insider recently shared a post on X suggesting that Black Ops 6 will reportedly receive an improved UI for its menu compared to how it's been so far. The scooper wrote that they have high hopes that the developing team of Treyarch won't disappoint with BO6's user interface.
