It is none other than the Krig C. This gun was added to the game with the Season 1 update, and players can essentially make it shoot laser beams with the correct attachments.

Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
Magazine: Extended Mag II
Rear Grip: Command Grip
Stock: Balanced Stock
Fire Mods: Recoil Springs
Optic: Jason Armory 2X

The Vertical Foregrip greatly reduces the horizontal recoil, which is usually much more difficult to control. You can always pull down your mouse or stick to control a lot of your vertical recoil.
