The Warzone playlist update (August 1-7, 2024) is currently ongoing. Raven Software, one of the game's developers, releases a new playlist every week, often implementing minor changes. However, this time is different, as no changes have been made at all.

The current playlist update was refreshed on August 1, 2024, at 9 am PT, and will continue until August 7, 2024. This is when the playlist will reset again, offering new modes and map rotations.

As mentioned above, the Call of Duty Warzone playlist update (August 1-7, 2024) remained unchanged. The popular limited-time mode, Superstore Resurgence, continues to be available and may remain so until Season 5 Reloaded starts.

Since no changes were made this time, players can expect significant alterations next week. Popular modes like Lockdown or Buy Back may become available, and squad options for other modes, such as Resurgence and Battle Royale, could also change.

When can players expect a new mode in Warzone?

Two modes have been mentioned in the content drop blog for Warzone Season 5: Superstore Resurgence, which is included with the season launch, and Supreme Resurgence, set to launch in the Season 5 Reloaded update.

Supreme Resurgence is not a new concept; it was available in Warzone as a limited-time mode in 2022. It was hugely popular, featuring exceptional ground loot and additional health for all Operators, making battles more heated and intense.

Additionally, there is an exciting reward. You can unlock the "Spilled Beans" Weapon Camo after winning your first Supreme Resurgence match.

Warzone Season 5 Reloaded is set to release on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 9 am PT based on the Battle Pass classified sector unlock time.
