The Warzone "Puget Altus" error is a network error in the game. It occurs when the user's system is unable to connect to the game's servers. This causes players to get stuck in the login stage and they are unable to even access the Call of Duty HQ. The error can be both server-sided as well as client-sided. However, if it is the prior, then there's little players can do to resolve it.

That said, if the error lies on the user's end, then there are a few possible fixes that can resolve the issue completely. Hence, in this article, we will take a closer look at some of the potential fixes for the Warzone "Puget Altus" error.

Use a different ISP

This is more of a diagnostic step rather than a fix. If you are still unable to access the game, it is recommended to use a different ISP and see if Warzone allows you to access the servers. If it does, the issue lies with your ISP and you should get in touch with them to resolve the issue.

If you don't have a second connection at home, you can use your mobile hotspot as a secondary connection for this diagnosis.

That covers all the known possible fixes for the Warzone "Puget Altus" error. If the issue persists despite implementing the abovementioned fixes, it is recommended to contact the Activision Support team for further assistance.
