Warzone Season 4 Reloaded promises to be more engaging with exciting new elements for players to explore and enjoy.
1) Popov Power Plant POI update
In Urzikstan, there are 11 unique Points of Interest (POIs), including the popular Popov Power Plant. According to the plot, a DNA bomb detonated in this POI during Season 4 Reloaded, causing significant landscape changes. The explosion created new pathways due to widespread damage.
Additionally, a toxic chemical spill has rendered several outbuildings off-limits, and a new network of subterranean tunnels has become accessible. This update will make the Urzikstan map more dynamic, offering various combat opportunities.
2) Two new limited-time modes: Mutation Resurgence Quads and Buy Back Quads
The Mutation Resurgence Quads will follow the same Resurgence rules as before. Instead of dropping into Rebirth Island or Fortune's Keep, players will land near the newly updated Popov Power Plant. Though details are currently limited, players can expose their operators to various mutant abilities.
Information about the Mutation Buy Back mode is sparse, but unlike traditional respawn methods, players won't go to the gulag; instead, they can return to battle by purchasing themselves or having their team buy them back. It's crucial to focus on earning cash to ensure the opportunity to rejoin the battle after being eliminated.
Both modes will not feature Tacticals and Lethals in ground loot, allowing players to concentrate on collecting and enhancing their operator's DNA to unlock diverse mutation abilities:
- Bioshield: Create a protective bubble that blocks incoming damage but allows you to shoot out from within this sphere.
- Divebomb: Rocket into the air, then dive towards a target. On impact, any nearby enemies are damaged and pushed back.
- Mutant Leap: Perform a charged jump that covers vast distances.
- Toxic Stim Cloud: Deploy a poisonous cloud that inflicts damage to enemies and boosts your squad mates’ speed for a short duration.
- Sludge Sling: Toss sludge grenades that explode into a toxic gas cloud on impact. The gas slows down enemies and damages them over time.
- Mutant Cloak: Turn partially invisible for a short time. You leave green footprints while cloaked.
- Mutant Vision: See enemies outlined in red through walls for a short duration.
3) Runaway Train Public Event
The Runaway Train Public Event triggers during some Urzikstan matches, announcing and activating once the sixth circle begins. Upon activation, a race ensues to control the train, with the safe zone remaining over it until the match ends. Expect intense battles in this confined area, leading to various strategic combat scenarios.
