Black Ops 6 collaboration with Squid Game: When does it begin?
Black Ops 6's collaboration with Squid Game was initially teased via a clip on December 2, 2024. The footage showed a Call of Duty Operator picking up the infamous business card seen in the Netflix show.
The new trailer released on December 25, 2024, offers a more detailed look into how the collaboration might appear in the game. From the trailer, it seems that the Limited Time Mode in BO6 could involve the 'Red-Light-Green-Light' game.
According to the latest X post on the official Call of Duty account, the Squid Game collaboration will arrive in Black Ops 6 on January 3, 2025. The end date of the crossover has yet to be announced, but it will likely remain available for approximately two weeks.
The collaboration will impact BO6 Multiplayer, Warzone, and BO6 Zombies. This could mean multiple limited-time modes will be released in the game.
Furthermore, new skins have been shown in the new trailer. These include default Squid Game player skins featuring the 006 player tag and the Golden Tiger Mask sporting skin.
The official names of the skins or collections have not been revealed but will likely be released by Activision around January 3, 2025. Players in different regions may encounter variations in the release date and time.
