Ashika Island's Town Hall--resplendent with a distinctive, circular design and extensive glass windows--rests in the heart of the Town Center area on the island’s western coast. To gain access to this stately edifice, players must possess a City Hall Hideout key within their inventory; not merely a tool for entry, this key serves as an essential component to fulfilling a contract issued by Whistleblower: a new Crown faction.
To complete the task, gamers must enter the Town Hall and thus the possession of the key becomes essential. They will confront armored adversaries in their vicinity before gaining entry to complete their mission, which is to retrieve the Governor's Laptop.

Where is the laptop at the town hall in Ashika Island?
Once players gain entry to Ashika Island's town hall, preferably from the south side, which offers the easiest route to the Governor's Laptop, they should proceed with caution, as multiple shielded enemies await inside. The ensuing battle will be challenging, so be prepared. Entering through a ground-floor door on the south side, players should head towards the right and access what appears to be an office.
Within this area, examine the top of the filing cabinets to locate the Governor's Laptop, ready for pickup. If players have thoroughly searched the premises and can't find the Laptop, it's worth noting that it only spawns once per match, suggesting another squad may have already claimed it. If players secure the Laptop, they must transport it to the Ashika Beach Club Dead Drop.
This is situated to the west of the Town Hall, behind the Gas Station. Additionally, players need to locate and deliver a Screwdriver, a task made easier as they are found in various locations across the map. For those unfamiliar, screwdrivers can be obtained from blue toolboxes.
