Viswanathan Anand and Magnus Carlsen will cross swords today in game nine of the 12 game World Chess Championship being held in Sochi. The Norwegian will play with the White pieces and will be looking to extend his lead. Viswanathan Anand’s black repertoire will be tested again since the Indian has lost twice already with the Black pieces, trying to defend uncomfortable positions out of the opening. It will be interesting to see what kind of strategy he adopts today, will he be happy to play for a draw or will he go all out for a win?
