Country singer Morgan Wallen celebrates Tennessee baseball's 2024 MCWS win with NFL legend Peyton Manning

The Tennessee Volunteers won their first men's College World Series with a 6-5 win in Game 3 against the Texas A&M Aggies. During the game, country singer superstar Morgan Wallen was seen with NFL legend Peyton Manning cheering on the Vols.

Wallen was born and raised in Tennessee and has been a known Volunteers fan, often seen at football games and openly speaking about his love for the Vols. Manning, meanwhile, was the starting quarterback at Tennessee from 1994 until 1997.

During the contest, Tennessee baseball shared photos of Wallen and Manning watching the do-or-die CWS matchup.

After Tennessee hit a home run to lead off the bottom of the first, the camera showed Wallen and Manning celebrating.

Following the win, the cameras once again showed Morgan Wallen and Peyton Manning celebrating the Tennessee Volunteers' first CWS win. Players even wanted to celebrate with Wallen after the triumph.

Wallen flew to Omaha to watch his team play, trying to win its first men's College World Series title and the country singer witnessed just that.

Peyton Manning says this won't be the last title for Tennessee

After the Volunteers won the national title, Manning was on the field and said this wouldn't be the last title that Tennessee would win. He also believes the Vols are building something special in multiple sports.

"This is not the last. Tennessee is coming in all sports," Manning said.

It was a solid victory for Tennessee, who was the No. 1 ranked team in college baseball and won the final two games to clinch the 2024 College World Series.

Following the win, Volunteers coach Tony Vitello had nothing but praise for his team.

"Kids are tough these days. They will do what you ask them to do," Vitello said, via ESPN. "I know our fans got us through that tough inning. That was a group effort on the mound. If you're in the SEC, you're going to be a superstar player, but you need to be a good teammate, and that's what these guys were."

Tennessee went 60-13 this season to win the national championship, which is the first time the Vols won the men's College World Series. The Vols became the eighth Southeastern Conference team to win a national title in baseball, while the conference has won five straight men's College World Series titles.
