2024 is coming to a close within the next week, and NCAA basketball returns following the Christmas break. Some teams remain undefeated and look to keep it that way.
Only a few programs are coming out of the holidays with a perfect record, with the prospects of having an undefeated season challenging to achieve. However, these teams have shown that they have a chance to keep it going as they look to end the year with their record unscathed.
Here are the five NCAA women's college basketball teams that are undefeated coming out of the Christmas break.

LSU (14-0)
The Tigers continue to assert their dominance as one of the best teams in NCAA women's basketball with coach Kim Mulkey at the helm.
Despite playing a light non-conference slate, they do have a ranked win over No. 20 NC State. Their offense has been high-powered, with the team scoring 93.3 points per contest, blowing past opponents by 34.1 points. The trio of Flau'jae Johnson, Aneesah Morrow, and Mikaylah Williams has been instrumental in their perfect start, combining for 55.6 points per game.
The No. 6 Tigers have one more contest to conclude 2024, playing Albany on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET.
UCLA (12-0)
The No. 1 Bruins have showcased much composure, with seven of their first 12 games being away from home. They have a huge win over the defending NCAA champions, South Carolina, who are currently second in the AP Top 25.
UCLA has boasted a suffocating defense that has limited opponents to 50.7 points on 31% shooting from the field and 28.9% from beyond the arc. Their offense is no joke either, providing 82.8 points per game as Lauren Betts is their undisputed top scorer and rebounder with 19.8 points and 10 rebounds this season.
The Bruins seek to end 2024 on a high note, playing No. 23 Nebraska on Sunday at 5 p.m. ET.
