Aidan Shaw is an American basketball power forward who will play his third season with the Missouri Tigers. He started his high school basketball career at the Blue Valley High School where holds the record for most blocks in a game (10). During his junior season, Shaw tallied 19.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game whereas he recorded 21.2 points, 11.1 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, and 2.4 assists per game in his senior season. Shaw was named the All-Metro Defensive Player of the Year in 2022 and was rated the third-best player out of the state of Kansas in the 2022 recruiting class.

Aidan Shaw embarked on his collegiate basketball journey with the Missouri Tigers in 2022 despite receiving offers from Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State, Nebraska, TCU, Texas, USC, and many others. In his freshman year, Shaw saw action in 32 games and posted 85 points and 55 rebounds. In the 2023-24 season, Shaw averaged 3.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per game while seeing action in 32 games with 10 starts. He led the program with 36 blocks and ranked 10th in the Southeastern Conference.
