Patterson scored her season-best 10 points against Maryland on December 11, 2022. She also registered nine points against Butler on January 3, 2023. Patterson recorded five points and seven rebounds during her collegiate debut against Northeastern on November 10, 2022. Her notable performances were, scoring six points and six rebounds against DePaul on January 23, 2023, and four assists against Providence on December 2, 2022. Patterson was sidelined as a sophomore due to an injury in 2023.
