
Azzi Fudd plays as a guard for the UConn Huskies women’s basketball team in the Big East Conference. She is in her senior year as of April 2025 and has played for the Huskies throughout her collegiate career. According to the UConn Huskies website, Azzi Fudd made her collegiate debut vs. Arkansas.

Azzi Fudd debuted for the UConn Huskies in the 2021-22 season as a freshman. However, during the season, she suffered from a stress injury on her right foot. Head coach Geno Auriemma stated (via Sandiegouniontribune.com) that he expected her to be out of the game for at least two weeks. Eventually, she returned to the court after missing out on 11 games. She played 25 games as a freshman.
Sophomore Season (2022-23)
Azzi Fudd suffered two injuries during her sophomore season with the UConn Huskies. She suffered a right knee injury on December 4, 2022, in a game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish due to a teammate falling on her knee. As a result, she was sidelined for eight games and eventually returned to the team on January 11, 2023.
One game later, she again suffered a right knee injury in a game against the Georgetown Hoyas. She missed 22 games and returned to the team during the Big East Tournament quarterfinal game against the Georgetown Hoyas. She helped her win the game with a score of 69-39. Throughout the season, she participated in 15 games for her team.
