At Hamburg high school, Strack set records for most points in a game, most points in a season, and most points in girl's basketball history and was named All-ECIC, All-WNY, and All-State. Strack began her collegiate basketball career with the Virginia Tech Hokies in the 2023-24 season. With the Hokies, Clara Strack featured in 33 games.
