
Darlinstone Dubar is a member of the South Eastern Conference's Tennessee Volunteers men's basketball team. Dubar plays as a guard and is in his final season, as of March 2025. In 2020, Darlinstone joined the Iowa State Cyclones to begin his college career. Following his freshman year, he transferred to Hofstra Pride, where he spent three seasons. At the start of the 2024–2025 season, he transferred to the Tennessee Volunteers.
He participated in 16 games for the Iowa State Cyclones as a freshman. He participated in all 32 games as a sophomore and was named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll. He participated in 35 games as a junior and was once more named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.
Dubar, a unanimous three-star recruit, finished third in Pennsylvania and 33rd among small forwards, and Rivals ranked him as the 150th best player in the nation. He was ranked No. 182 overall on the 247Sports Composite ranking, which was fourth in Pennsylvania and great for No. 35 at the small forward position.
