Ameen Brooks, the stepfather of LSU women's college basketball superstar Flau’jae Johnson, approved 2024 Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter's move of giving a stake to his younger brother, Travis Hunter in the Heisman Trophy winner's deal with shoe giant Adidas.

Travis Hunter, the Colorado Buffaloes cornerback/wide receiver with an NIL value of $5.7 million per On3, signed a deal with Adidas earlier this month. He made sure that Trayvis Hunter who is a sophomore wide receiver at Effingham County High School in Springfield, Georgia was included in the deal.

"Welcome to the Adidas family, dawg!" Travis said (per Sports Illustrated). "I had to get you a little deal!"

Ameen Brooks commented on the deal on Instagram and said:

"Power Play !! Play the position don't let the position play you......"

Hunter said that he does not sign a lucrative contract without his family gaining some benefit through the contract. Adidas was able to secure the deal with the Heisman Trophy winner and they agreed to include his brother in the contract.
