The NBA has 24 invitees for the "green room" at the 2024 NBA Draft. Purdue big man Zach Edey was apparently also invited but turned down the invitation to watch the NBA Draft on the Purdue campus.
Here's the full run down on the players invited and expected to be present for the NBA Draft in the green room.
Full list of players invited to the green room for the 2024 NBA Draft
Matas Buzelis, G League Ignite
The 19 year old Buzelis scored 14.1 ppg in the NBA G League last year. At 6-foot-9, he's a solid wing prospect.
Carlton Carrington, Pittsburgh
A late Draft riser, the six-foot-four Carrington had a brilliant freshman year at Pitt. He scored 13.8 ppg and can play outside or get to the rim.
Devin Carter, Providence
A 22-year old veteran, Carter scored 19.7 ppg for Providence last year. The six-foot-two guard is also one of the best defensive guards in the nation.
Stephon Castle, UConn
The six-foot-six Castle is projected to be a high lottery pick. He helped UConn to the national title last season, scoring 11.1 ppg as a freshman.
Donovan Clingan, UConn
At seven-foot-two, Clingan joins Zach Edey as the two biggest prospects. A likely high choice, Clingan won national titles in each of his two seasons at UConn. He scored 13.0 ppg this past season.
Isaiah Collier, USC
Playing for a disastrous USC team, Collier scored 16.3 ppg in his lone season of college. His time at USC probably didn't help him much.
Tristan da Silva, Colorado
A six-foot-eight wing, da Silva scored 16.0 ppg as a senior. At 23, he's one of the oldest players in this group but has versatility and talent.
Rob Dillingham, Kentucky
The six-foot-one Dillingham is super quick. He scored 15.2 ppg as a Kentucky frosh but has some defensive weaknesses to fix.
Kyle Filipowski, Duke
At just under seven feet, Filipowski is a solid center prospect. He scored 16.4 ppg last year for Duke and had honed his perimeter game enough that he was a 35 percent 3-point shooter.
Johnny Furphy, Kansas
A 19-year-old Australian, Furphy scored 9.0 ppg for the Jayhawks in his lone season of college basketball. At six-foot-eight, he has elite wing skills but has a way to go.
Kyshawn George, Miami
The six-foot-seven George is originally from Switzerland. He scored just 7.6 ppg for an awful Miami team but is prized as a smooth-shooting wing.
Ron Holland, G League Ignite
An 18-year old G League standout, Holland scored 19.5 ppg in the G League. How his willowly six-foot-seven frame will stand the NBA grind is an open question.
DaRon Holmes II, Dayton
The six-foot-nine Holmes projects as an undersized center. He scored 20.4 ppg as a junior at Dayton. Holmes has improved on the perimeter, hitting 39 percent of his 3-point tries last season.
Dalton Knecht, Tennessee
Veteran transfer Knecht shined in his one season of major college basketball. The six-foot-five guard led the SEC with 21.7 ppg. He also connected on 40 percent of his 3-point tries and was surprisingly athletic at the rim.
Jared McCain, Duke
A six-foot-two guard, McCain scored 14.3 ppg for Duke last season as a freshman. Can he play point guard at the next level?
Yves Missi, Baylor
The athletic six-foot-11 Missi was originally from Cameroon. He managed 10.7 ppg in his single year at Baylor but has minimal perimeter skills.
Zaccharie Risacher, France
A six-foot-nine wing forward, Risacher is a projected high pick. He scored 10.7 ppg for JL Bourg in the EuroCup+ Jeep Elite league in France.
Tidjane Salaun, France
Another six-foot-nine Euro player, Salaun played in the same league as Risacher, scoring 9.6 ppg.
Alex Sarr, France
A likely high pick, the seven-foot Sarr last played in Australia's NBL, averaging 9.4 ppg there. He's only 19. Early on, Sarr was a near-certain top overall pick in most NBA Draft projections.
Reed Sheppard, Kentucky
Another likely high pick, the six-foot-two Sheppard scored 12.5 ppg for Kentucky as a freshman. He shot 52 percent from 3-point range. Sheppard's athleticism and leaping ability surprised many NBA Draft observers.
Nikola Topic, Serbia
The six-foot-six Topic is just 18. He last played in the Serbian/Adriatic/Euro League and scored 14.5 ppg.
Ja'Kobe Walter, Baylor
A six-foot-four guard, Walter had a solid year at Baylor. He scored 14.5 ppg but shot under 38 percent on the year. If he can hone his shot selection, his athleticism is excellent and could raise him high in the NBA Draft.
Kel'el Ware, Indiana
The seven-foot Ware is an interesting prospect. After a year at Oregon, he did much better at Indiana, scoring 15.9 ppg while grabbing 9.9 rebounds per game. He's also a 43 percent 3-point shooter.
Cody Williams, Colorado
A rangy athlete, the six-foot-seven Williams scored 11.9 ppg as a freshman for Colorado last season. He connected on 42 percent of his 3-point tries.
