Duke men's basketball coach John Scheyer and his wife Marcelle were spotted on Duke University East Campus premises this weekend helping freshman students move into their dorms. Scheyer will enter his third season as the Blue Devils head coach and is looking to continue the program's historic success.

On Saturday, Duke's Instagram account shared several snaps from the move-in day event showcasing John and Marcelle Scheyer along with their kids as they unloaded cars and carried boxes to dorm rooms.

"DukeMBB Move-In Squad ready to work," the caption read.

The post also shows several other Duke players making their return to campus. Tyrese Proctor, Cameron Sheffield, Khaman Maluach, and associate coach Chris Carrawell were all there to help freshers with their belongings. They also had fun taking pictures with the incoming students as they began their journey as Blue Devils.

Coach John Scheyer became Duke's head coach after spending eight years in assistant and associate roles. In his first season, he guided the team to round one of the NCAA tourney.

Last season, Duke advanced to the Elite Eight. They defeated Vermont, James Madison and Houston before losing to their ACC rival NC State.
