As much as her supporters and fans are excited to see her on the floor, her most recent social media post drew speculation about who she might be dating.
Cavinder posted a picture of herself wearing Cowboys merch and showing off a Cowboys hat, which added fuel to the rumor fire that she is, indeed, dating Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson. Haley and Hanna attended New York's season opener, as they took on the Cowboys.
Quite interestingly, Haley Cavinder wore Ferguson's jersey at the same game. Moreover, Haley confirmed that she was dating someone on her 'Twin Talk' podcast; however, she didn't reveal her boyfriend's name.
"After the game, it was pouring down rain. and I was using his jersey as an umbrella, and I tried to go find him to say what’s up, and he was in the Cowboys visiting center, and I walked in a New York Giants shirt and everybody was staring..."said Haley.
On Instagram Cavender shared pictures of her wearing a Cowboys t-shirt. It was captioned: How bout them Cowboys?
On that post, Ferguson commented, "Gollleeee how bout 'em". He added a heart-eyes emoji.
Haley's twin sister Hanna asked if the two were going public with their relationship.
Hanna wrote, "Soooo is this a soft launch?? or"
Previously, Haley dated Carson Towt for a span of four years. The basketball power couple split up, as they both decided to work on themselves moving forward.
Haley Cavinder's return to the hardwood is much anticipated
Just a few weeks after showing her support for the Cowboys on Instagram, Haley posted a reel, announcing her comeback to college basketball. She has officially entered the transfer portal and will have plenty of options to choose from, as she plans to resume her basketball journey starting from the 2024-25 season.
Amid all the dating rumors, Haley Cavinder's return to the court has fans in awe. Haley's recent season with the Hurricanes went pretty well as the squad made its first Elite Eight appearance, and Cavinder was one of the primary scorers on the team.
It will be interesting to see where Haley decides to land next year. Until then, she'll look to get back in basketball shape, as the Cavinder twins have already been busy with their NIL deals, as well as a rumored WWE tag-team appearance.
Regardless, Haley Cavinder is a solid player and has a shining personality on and off the court. The 2023-24 college basketball season is set to tip off in just a few weeks, which will be a great chance for Haley to scout her next school.
