Jaxson Robinson is a guard for the Kentucky Wildcats and is a graduate student for the 2024-2025 season. Robinson played for BYU, Arkansas and Texas A&M before joining Kentucky. During the 2023-24 season at BYU, he was awarded the Big 12 Sixth Man of the Year and earned All-Big 12 Honorable Mention. In December of 2023, Robinson was named the Big 12 Student-Athlete of the Month. He was the first bench player in the history of the BYU program to be the team's scoring leader, posting 14.2 points per game on 42.6% field shooting, 35.4% three-point shooting, and 90.8% free-throw shooting. Robinson scored in double figures in 25 games, hit 81 three-pointers, making him the 11th highest single-season total in BYU history. He shot at least one three-pointer in 21 straight games, which tied for the sixth-longest in school history. Robinson scored 25 points in a single NCAA Tournament game and became one of only 15 players in BYU history to achieve such a figure.

He was among the original top 50 prospects from the 2021 class, and Robinson re-entered the signing class of 2020. In his junior season, Robinson guided Ada High School to a 21-6 overall record and earned a qualification in the Class 4A State Tournament. During that season, he averaged 15.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game. Robinson also played for Team Griffin in the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL), where he helped the team win the 2019 16U championship at the Nike Peach Jam.
