Jeremy Hunter Roach, born November 1, 2001, is a point guard who represents the Baylor Bears of the Big 12 Conference. The 6ft 2inch point guard spent four seasons with the Duke Blue Devils before transferring to Baylor Bears following the conclusion of the 2023-24 season. Roach has established himself as one of the top point guards in the country and was a team captain during both his junior and senior years. Despite wanting to stay with Duke for his final season of basketball, Roach entered the transfer portal to sign with Baylor Bears during the offseason.

He was rated as a five-star recruit out of St. Paul VI Catholic High School and was ranked fourth in his position in the 2020 recruiting class. During his senior year, he led the school to the VISAA D-I State Championship and averaged 19.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.9 steals per game. Roach was arguably the best point guard in the transfer portal and joined a talented roster that is expected to contend for the national championship in the upcoming season.
