Jersey Wolfenbarger plays college basketball for the LSU Tigers women's basketball in the Southeastern Conference. Jersey Wolfenbarger is in her junior year and plays as a forward, as of January 2025. Wolfenbarger started her collegiate career with the Arkansas Razorbacks women’s basketball team. She spent two years with the Razorbacks before joining the LSU Tigers women’s basketball team at the beginning of the 2024-25 season.

Jersey Wolfenbarger participated in 30 games during her first season with Arkansas and was selected to the SEC's All-Freshman Team. According to Arkansas's official website, she appeared in 35 games as a sophomore, starting three of them, and finished third on the team in blocks. Wolfenbarger also represented the United States of America at the youth level. Jersey also won a gold medal with Team USA at the U19 FIBA World Championship in 2021.

At the time of her signing, Jersey Wolfenbarger was ranked as the top wing player and seventh overall in the ESPN HoopGurlz 2021 recruiting rankings. She was the first McDonald's All-American signee from Arkansas since 2016 and a five-star athlete from Northside High School. For the Jersey Mike's Naismith High School Player of the Year Award, she was one of five finalists. In 2021, she was named Arkansas's player of the year by the Arkansas Basketball Coaches Association, Max Preps, and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. During her four years of high school, Wolfenbarger took home two state titles.
