As of 2024, Julian Reese plays as a forward for the Maryland Terrapins in collegiate basketball. After high school, all national recruiting outlets rated him as a four-star recruit. According to 247Sports, he ranked first in the state of Maryland, 10th in his position, and 44th overall. ESPN also ranked him 49th overall and 15th in his position. As a senior at Baltimore's St. Frances Academy during the truncated COVID season, Reese led the team to a 15-1 record and a trip to the championship game of the Baltimore Catholic League Championship. During his junior year, he averaged 10.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks per game.

As a Terrapins sophomore, Reese earned an All-Big Ten Honorable Mention in 2023. He led the team with 7.2 rebounds per game and ranked second with an average of 11.4 points while starting 33 out of 34 games. He received another All-Big Ten Honorable Mention in 2024. During his junior year, Reese averaged 13.7 points, 9.5 rebounds, and one steal per game.

Julian Reese NIL deal 2024

According to On3, Julian Reese has NIL deals with BRADY, Outback Steakhouse, and Turtle NIL. However, the amount involved in the deals isn’t available.
