During her sophomore season, Poole's role expanded as she played in 25 games, starting 13, and averaged 4.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game. After transferring to Louisiana State University (LSU), she played for the Tigers during the 2022-23 season, where she averaged 4.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists across 35 games, playing a key role in the team's success, including their national championship run. In her senior season, Poole's playing time was limited due to injury, resulting in averages of 2.0 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in just four games before her season was cut short. Poole transferred to the Houston Cougars for the 2024-25 season.
