Khaman Maluach is a center for the Duke Blue Devils and plays as a freshman in the 2024-2025 season. Khaman Maluach began his rookie campaign by making an appearance in the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Center of the Year Top 20 Preseason Watch List. He achieved his first double-double at the collegiate level against Army West Point on November 8 with 11 points and 14 rebounds. Maluach scored in double figures in consecutive games against Kentucky on November 12 and then against Wofford on November 16, scoring five field goals in each game. Against UIW on December 10, he registered 17 points, from six out of seven attempts from the field and five out of six shots from the free-throw line. On December 21, Maluach registered 15 points against Georgia Tech with a 100% shot accuracy from the field. On January 11, he recorded his career-high figures, scoring 19 points, and seven free throws in 32 minutes against Notre Dame. Maluach completed another double-double against Miami with 12 points and 15 rebounds. He also scored 17 points from eight shots out of nine attempts against Stanford on February 15. As of March 2025, Maluach has appeared in 34 games while averaging 8.3 points, and 6.8 rebounds (via ESPN).
