Okikiola "Kiki" Iriafen is a professional basketball player for the Washington Mystics in the WNBA. She played as a forward for the USC Trojans women's basketball team in the Big Ten Conference. Iriafen was a member of the Stanford Cardinals before the USC Trojans. She started her career with the Cardinals in 2021 and moved to the Trojans before the start of the 2024/24 season. Kiki made 33 appearances for Stanford as a substitute in his debut season. Both the Media Pac-12 All-Freshman Team and the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team included Kiki. As a sophomore, Kiki made 35 appearances, including 27 starts. Kiki finished third on the squad in rebounds and fourth in scoring. A few of the honorable mentions she received were the Katrina McClain Award winner, WBCA All-America Honorable Mention, Associated Press All-America Honorable Mention, and Pac-12 Most Improved Player of the Year, as per her college roster page.

Iriafen represented Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles as a basketball player. As a senior, she was selected as a McDonald's All-American and won the Los Angeles Daily News Player of the Year award twice. Iriafen won Division 1 Player of the Year in her junior year and guided her team to the CIF Southern Section Division 1 championship. Iriafen, who ESPN ranked as a five-star recruit, turned down Baylor, UCLA, UConn, and Notre Dame offers to play collegiate basketball for Stanford.
